At Decorboutique, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that we only accept returns for products with valid reasons, such as damages or defects. Returns without a valid reason will not be processed.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon approval, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping costs associated with the returned item. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them, and if eligible, you will receive either a replacement or a refund using your original payment method.

    • Pack all items to be returned, along with a copy of your purchase confirmation and return label.
    • Visit your local post office or chosen courier to ship the package to the address provided on the return label.

Return labels are sent via email upon approval of your return request.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find an item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can address the issue.

REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or exchange if:

  • You do not receive the order within the guaranteed time (30 days excluding 2-5 processing days).
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You no longer want the product you received (item must be unused, and return shipping costs are covered by you).

We do not offer refunds if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., delays due to natural disasters).

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the 30-day delivery guarantee period.
